Have you heard that Indonesia is the second largest contributor of plastic waste? Isn’t that so concerning? Bali as a dream destination of many tourists from all over the world must not want to show the sightseeing of plastic wastes on the beach or everywhere else in the land that the tourists have been dreaming their whole life to be at. The city government of Bali’s capital, Denpasar, has even announced that it had now been prohibited to use plastic bags in shops since the beginning of 2019. Therefore, here at Cotton Candy, we are also concerned about the environment in which we’re living in and we want to contribute to Bali reducing its plastic waste production as much as possible.
In other words, being located in Bali makes us have the urge to keep our island looking eternally like a paradise. Hence, we operate our company under the system of eco-friendliness. How? By being natural and plastic-free at all costs! We use natural dye for the cloth and plastic-free packaging to wrap them all up. You can choose between our variety of choice, from recycled paper, tote bag, or any other idea you might have in your head! We are open for ideas as long as it goes along with our theme. It’s always a good thing to serve back well to our mama earth that has served us well our whole life!
