At Cotton Candy, the workers aren’t strictly put under a pressured condition. In contrary, we try to make the working environment as comfortable for them as possible, as mentioned earlier, by providing them the facility to feel so. So, instead of putting the workers under pressure, we tend to provide them with flexible working hours that fit to their schedule within our dicipline maintenance still being the number one priority.
